I am of course a big fan of Minecraft. I really am. Yet Fairystone has really impressed me this week, enough to make me consider if this might be the better pick for a younger audience.

Fairystone focuses on creativity over combat, allowing you to fly freely about areas making pretty much whatever you can think of: buildings, landscapes, theme tunes, whatever.
