Gorgeous looking underwater rhythm adventure Beatbuddy is set to land on the App Store next week. Which tallies nicely with the September release date we were told a couple of months ago.

The game sees you tapping a sub around a wonderful underwater environment.

Each of the levels has a unique song, and your travels add new bashes, crashes, and notes to the arrangement. It all sounds rather lovely. You'll need to be able to follow the beat to succeed.

If you're a fan of the tunes you'll be able to buy them from iTunes directly through the game. Threaks promises new songs will be turning up every month as free DLC as well.

If that sounds like it might be the sort of thing that makes you shake your booty, keep an eye out on the App Store next Thursday when Beatbuddy should start to surface.
