Kemco's retro RPG
Aeon Avenger has left the comfortable confines of Google Play and jumped through time and space to materialise on the App Store.
In this time-travelling epic - clearly inspired by seminal role-playing game
Chrono Trigger - you step into the boots of Lake, a boy whose family and village have been destroyed by an evil force.
On his road to revenge, Lake hooks up with Rean, a tribal lass who just so happens to have 'time traveller' on her CV.
This happy coincidence sets the scene for a century-hopping tale filled with mystery, intrigue, vengeance, and the obligatory assful of turn-based combat.

As in most Kemco RPGs,
Aeon Avenger is rocking some pretty decent 16-bit visuals to complement the retro gameplay.
Speaking of gameplay, we gave
Aeon Avenger a Bronze Award when we reviewed the Android version last year, labelling it "an easy recommendation for RPG-lovers".
You can download
Aeon Avenger on iPhone and iPad for the special launch price of £1.99 / $2.99. If you dilly-dally, you'll have to fork out £5.99 / $8.99. You have been warned.
