Google Play Store glitch causing paid apps to vanish from Android users' accounts
|

Reports are circulating that Android users are signing into the Google Play Store only to discover that their paid apps have apparently 'vanished' from their accounts.

The error, which appears to be affecting a number of Android customers, prevents purchased apps and games from Google Play from appearing in the users' "Installed / Up To Date" list.

Some are unable to view their apps altogether, with these naturally disgruntled punters receiving an "Error retrieving information from server [RPC]" message when trying to browse the menu.

App-less

Although a number of Android users have been experiencing this issue for a reported 72 hours, Google has yet to address the problem or make any kind of public statement on the matter.

We have contacted Google regarding the issue, and are awaiting a response.
