Capcom's Cafe World-esque cook-'em-up Zombie Cafe has been updated to version 1.0.6.

Download the free update and your zombies will start to gain experience every time they defeat an enemy or serve a meal. They'll also receive a five per cent energy boost upon levelling-up.

Furthermore, you can get your undead hands on new premium avatar heads, providing you have enough vials of toxin - the game's premium currency.

Both a robot and a pirate are available, boosting your cooking time by ten per cent and your cooking experience by 20 per cent respectively.

Keep your eye on the brain

Like Facebook outing Cafe World, your job is create, cook, and serve tasty dishes to temperamental customers.

However, unlike in Zynga's popular hit you can also infect your customers, or send your zombies to cause havoc in rival cafes.

Zombie Cafe features over 100 functional and decorative items to be placed in your cafe, over 50 zombie-inspired recipes, the ability to form a franchise with Facebook friends, and offline play.

Grab the universal app from the App Store for free.
