Vlambeer: 'No plans' for Super Crate Box on Xperia Play, Android 'a minefield' for developers

Trigger-happy arcade-platformer Super Crate Box is due for release this month on iOS devices. Unfortunately for Android owners, Dutch developer Vlambeer have revealed that it has no plans to port the game.
“[We have] background:white">no direct or concrete plans,” Vlambeer's business and development head Rami Ismail told Pocket Gamer.
“Android is a bit of an unexplored territory for us, so we'll have to check into the possibilities, the competition and the distribution model before being able to tell more about that.
“As we perceive it now, Android is a bit of a minefield for devs.” Super Crate Box clone Muffin Knight is currently high in the Android Market charts.
