2D Boy's renowned physics puzzler World of Goo is out now on iPad in the New Zealand App Store.

The game challenges you to form gravity-defying structures using as few balls of goo as possible, forming a bridge for the remaining goo to escape via the pipe on each level.

Variety is added with a range of different coloured goo types, each with its own unique properties that must be combined to complete each level.

There's also an added challenge in collecting 'Obsessive Completion' achievements by performing tasks, such as finishing a level in as few moves as possible.

World of Goo is available on the App Store from 16th December for £5.99 / $9.99 on the iPad, with a possible iPhone version to follow should 2D Boy find a way to overcome the limitations of the smaller device.
