Words With Friends Android update restores missing Honeycomb support

Zynga's popular Scrabble-esque multiplatform puzzler Words With Friends (which we gave a Bronze Award to last February), has been updated to restore support for the Android Honeycomb operating system.

The popular puzzler officially supported Honeycomb devices until only a week ago, when developer Zynga suddenly pulled the plug without much in the way of explanation. No other platforms were affected.

The update is available now, so if you've been wondering how to satisfy your craving for Words With Friends on your shiny new Android tablet, wonder no more - the update should be pushed to your device automatically.
