EA keeping quiet about potential releases for Windows Phone 7
Waiting for centre stage?
EA has decided to remain strangely non-committal in regards to potential releases for Microsoft's Windows Phone 7 smartphone OS.
Despite an announcement from Microsoft yesterday listing 63 launch games for the upcoming OS, EA was rather conspicuous by its absence. Other companies listed included fellow giants Namco Bandai, Gameloft, Digital Chocolate and Glu.
When quizzed, EA mobile said that they had "nothing to announce right now".
It's led to speculation that EA might be looking for a quieter window to make their WP7 announcement, in order to save their games from getting lost in the crowd.
