Get N-Gaged with Warhammer 40,000: Glory in Death
Thankfully, we don't have to wait 37,994 years for our next N-Gage fix
With the flow of N-Gage-specific titles slowing to a trickle, owners are probably even more desperate than Pocket Gamer writers for something to get stuck into on their capable but rather cult-ish phone/handheld hybrid.
But today brings glad tidings: THQ and metal miniature maker Games Workshop has just shipped Warhammer 40,000: Glory in Death, one of the mobile phone games we've been most looking forward to.
Warhammer 40,000: Glory in Death sees you play as either Ork, Eldar, Space Marine or Chaos Space Marine, as you battle for supremacy of the universe.
The Warhammer 40,000 universe familiar to a generation of tabletop general has been brought to life with illustrations from cult graphic artist Mike McMahon, and the storyline written by Warhammer 40,000 know-all, Andy Walsh. There's a single-player campaign, a two-player hotseat mode enabling you to do battle with one N-Gage deck, and a two-player mode over Bluetooth.
We'll be reviewing Warhammer 40,000: Glory in Death just as soon as we get out of our power armour. In the meantime, scroll down and see 'Related Stories' for more on the game.
