Walk With Me is the first DS game to contain Miis

Many hardcore gamers would say that one of best things about the Nintendo Wii is the Mii creation tool. And the Mii creation tool ain't that great.

Still, owners of both a Wii and a DS might be pleased to know that the first game that allows you to transfer Miis from the former to the latter has been officially announced. Being the debut for this long-awaited functionality, it looks like a stellar title.

Walk With Me isn't technically a game, of course, but rather a means of using your DS to count the number of steps you take during a week and compare this 'life rhythm data' with that pertaining to other people. It features two Activity Meters, separate units that you can carry with you as walk around the shops looking for better games.

Apparently, you'll also be able to unlock trivia by walking, and the game will tell you how much electrical energy you've generated.

Come on Nintendo. Get a grip.
