'VRnaut' spends 48 hours awake in VR on livestream

Ever wanted to spend 48 hours in Virtual Reality?
Thorsten S Wiedemann is currently a couple of hours into a 48 hour trip into the Matrix at the Game Science Center Berlin and at the time of writing he's currently trying to get maximum air by ski-jumping and you can watch him via the live-stream.
It's a wonderfully surreal experience as the games and universes change and you watch a man in a pink onesie bouncing around the contained space in total isolation from the staff and museum guests around him.
It's all in the name of art, of course:

No human being has ever spent such a long time in computer generated Virtual Reality without sleep."VRNaut. I refer to myself as the king of VR mountain, but Thorsten has me beat for cool job titles. Of course, he won't know this for 48 hours as he's totally substituting the real world for these virtual realities for the next two days, going so far as to wear a set of noise cancelling headphones and shunning sleep for the duration of the experiment.
So, watch along. It's bound to get more interesting as the stream goes on and sleep deprivation sets in.
