McDonald’s is turning Happy Meal boxes into a sort of Google Cardboard with a packaged lens. Meaning that you just have to pay for the menu and if you have a compatible phone you're all good to go.
This promotion is quite limited as it's only available in Sweden in fourteen restaurants but still, it shows how VR can be made accessible to everybody and for a really low cost.
Of course, this cardboard VR headset can then be used with any VR experience found on the Play Store.
If the program is popular, McDonald’s wants to expand it so there's a chance it might turn up in your city one day.
