Freemium build-'em-up Virtual City Playground hitting iPhone and Android on October 20th

G5's social build-'em-up Virtual City Playground is set to hit both the iPhone and Android devices on October 20th. That's this Thursday.

Already available for Apple's iPad, Virtual City Playground is a free-to-play version of Virtual City, which currently costs £2.99/$4.99 for iPhone and £4.99/$6.99 for iPad.

Your aim, as you've probably already guessed, is to construct an imaginative city full of houses, factories, transport links, parks, or whatever else takes your fancy.

There are, technically, 50 'challenging' levels for you to complete, but you can forget about those if you so wish.

Virtual City Playground will be available for the iPhone and Android devices from this Thursday.
