Namco Bandai Games has released Pac'N-Jump, a new vertical platformer for iOS.

Controlling Pac-Man, your job is to travel ever upwards, bouncing on platforms, collecting items, and avoiding enemies – ghosts, naturally.

Familiar elements from past Pac-Man games are all present, including Pac-Dots, Power Pellets, and fruit which give you a speed boost, render you temporarily invincible, and allow you to defeat enemies.

Game Center support is provided for leaderboards and achievements.

Puzzling

Pocket Gamer Silver Award-winning match-three RPG hybrid Puzzle Quest 2 has also been updated, adding local and online multiplayer over wi-fi, Bluetooth, and Game Center.

You can now take your built-up singe-player character online and go head-to-head with opponents.

Both are universal apps.

You can pick up Pac'N-Jump from the App Store for a special introductory price of 59p/99c. Puzzle Quest 2 is £2.99/$4.99. Download links below.
