It's time to kick more ass: Kick-Ass coming to iPad

The iPhone video game tie-in of blockbuster Kick-Ass has been given a release date of April 17th.

Not only that, but its been revealed that the fighter will be coming to iPad. Although we're not sure this means a dedicated iPad version or the fact you can run iPhone games on the iPad.

Hopefully it means a Universal Application with better graphics for iPad.

A 3D action fighting game, you play as the film's three main characters - Kick-Ass, Hit Girl and Big Daddy. It's a modern day twist on the superhero genre.

There'll be twelve story missions to kick and punch your way through, with sub-missions and mini-games galore. We're also promised plenty of gore to match the film.
