PopCap creates 4th & Battery spin-off label for 'edgier' games, free title Unpleasant Horse is the first

PopCap has just announced the first game from its new label 4th & Battery. It's called Unpleasant Horse, and it casts you as, believe it or not, an unpleasant horse. With wings.
It's your job to fly around visiting all sorts of horrors upon tiny birds and other, more pleasant horses. You can even stomp them downwards into a "perpetual meat grinder" for extra bonus points.
PopCap describes 4th & Battery as a, "pressure valve to stop our heads exploding". Essentially, it's a place where PopCap staff can experiment with small and sometimes edgy games that don't fit into the larger studio's painstaking development process.
Unpleasant Horse will be available for iPhone and iPod touch later this month. It'll be free to download.
