Demiforce's Trism is one of the launch games on the iPhone App Store, and it looks like it may bring a welcome breath of fresh air to the match-three puzzle genre.

The game sees you matching coloured triangles in a range of levels, using the touchscreen and motion controls of Apple's handset.

There are three modes - Classic, Timed and Puzzle - with online high score tables and 22 achievements to collect as you progress through the game.

Oh, and it Auto Saves if someone rings you. I'm not sure if this isn't the case for other iPhone games, but if not, then Demiforce deserve a hearty clap on the back.

Trism is out now for the very reasonable price of £2.99. Check it out here on the App Store.
