Trickshot Hustler pots its way onto mobile

Some of us are almost masterful pool hustlers. We're fantastic at the 'convincing people you're rubbish' part, by looking awkward with a cue, seeming reluctant to bet money, and saying things like, "Oh, do we have to hit the white ball or the red one?"

Trouble is, we haven't quite mastered the next part of the traditional hustle. You know, the actually potting of balls. Oh well.

Trickshot Hustler might help, though. It's a new mobile game from Hands-On that enables you to build a career as a top pool shark. This isn't about tricking Big Dave in the pub out of his beer money, however. It's about working your way through tournament rankings, and earning bigger and better cash prizes as you go.

But here's the innovative thing: Trickshot Hustler has an online multiplayer mode, where you can challenge your friends. Which, as far as we're aware, is the first time such a pool game has been released here in the UK (in the US, Namco has had a multiplayer pool game out for a while now).

There's three sets of rules included (US 8-ball, UK 8-ball and 9-ball) and the game has swish 3D graphics to match the competition on mobile. And yes, as you'd guess from the title, trickshots do come into it.
