Prepare to fortify your position against another single-file invasion. You guessed it: there's a new tower defence game coming to iPhone and iPad.
Towers N' Trolls is the opening gambit from the newly formed Ember Entertainment, a studio founded by a pair of ex-console developers whose previous credits include the RPG classic Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance.
As you might have guessed from the title, Towers N' Trolls is a fantasy affair, so you'll be erecting catapults and magical towers to fend off a seemingly neverending onslaught of malicious monsters.
The game's hand-painted visuals and smooth animations exude high quality, while the inclusion of noxious gas attacks and exploding powder kegs help ramp up the on-screen devastation.
Featuring multiple difficulty levels, cretinous creatures, and a tantalising selection of medieval munitions, Towers N' Trolls will be storming the App Store on February 23rd.
