TouchSports 3D Tennis coming to iPhone

TouchArcade has been chatting with Thomas Fessler of Handheld Games Corp about his company's work on bringing TouchSports 3D Tennis to the iPhone.

Promising fluid character animation, 3D visuals particle effects and a casual, arcade experience to the new TouchSports franchise, Fessler also suggested these 'console quality' games will be affordable.

Certainly the iPhone is a happy bed fellow with tactile, physically interactive games, which makes sports conversions a prime hunting ground for the developer who can come up with ingenious ways of recreating athletic endeavour using only your fingers.

So far, iPhone sports have been up and down, so it'll be interesting to see what Handheld Games Corp can come up with.

Yes. Spanner's his real name, and he's already heard that joke you just thought of. Although Spanner's not very good, he's quite fast, and that seems to be enough to keep him in a regular supply of free games and away from the depressing world of real work.
