Vampires are all the rage at moment on screens both large and small, not to mention in literature (well, books - ed). You can hardly move for tales concerning suspiciously attractive pointy-toothed suckers.
The latest example is Cirque du Freak’s The Vampire’s Assistant, a movie adaptation of the first three books of The Saga of Darren Shan series starring John C. Reilly (who?), Chris Massoglia (eh?) and Salma Hayek (oh, her).
I-play has been in contact to let us know that the mobile game tie-in is out now. We’re told that the game is an action platformer with a healthy puzzle-solving element a deep and involving storyline that - as you’d expect - follows the film closely.
We were rather intrigued to find out that the game features animated cut-scenes, which is a rare occurrence in mobile games. Be assured that we’ll bring you a verdict on the final product soon.
