Two new Twilight mobile games released for new flick

To tie in with the release of Stephenie Meyer’s third vampire-human-werewolf love triangle movie The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, GameHouse, and Summit Entertainment have teamed up to make girls go wild with yet another pair of Twilight themed games for thier mobile handsets.

Available on pretty much every mobile device in North America and Europe, as well as iPhone and iPod touch, the two new games that will test your encyclopedic knowledge of the movie series are The Twilight Saga: Memory Quest and The Twilight Saga: Eclipse Movie Game.

Memory Quest, which will set you back £1.79 / $2.99 / €2.39, has you solving match-three and memory games. But with Twilight pictures in the background. “When things get tough, use mysterious power-ups like the Cullen Crest or the Wolfpack Tattoo.” I’m sure that means something to someone.

As for the Eclipse Movie Game, which is free for two weeks thanks to vampire sympathiser Burger King, has you pick from 21 Twilight heroes, before you take on the forces of darkness in the ultimate showdown. Or answer trivia questions, its all the same.

Tricky head scratchers include: “who is wearing a blue shirt” and “just before Bella and Jacob arrive at the bonfire, what does she tell him she hates being?”

The answer is totally “a party crasher” by the way. The movie opens on July 9th in the UK, all the games are available on the App Store right now.
