Super Smash Bros Ultimate shows off Ike, Peach, and Wolf
A warrior, a mercenary and a princess
The Super Smash Bros. Ultimate blog has been getting a constant stream of new info updating us on characters, levels and more. Recently the blog has been showcasing some familiar faces that we'll be able to play as when the game is released later this year.
The blog has given us some details and brief trailers on Ike, Wolf and Peach. Ike has been around since Brawl and he makes his triumphant return to Ultimate. His side smash attack is super powerful but leaves him open, so be cautious and aware of your enemies when using it.
You'd be forgiven for thinking that Wolf is an Echo character for Fox, but as you watch his attacks more closely you'll see that he's actually quite a bit different. His pistol makes a return which seems to knock enemies pretty far back, and the whole Star Wolf team come together for an explosive Final Smash.
This will be Peach's fourth appearance in a Smash game, with her parasol and baseball bat in hand she shouldn't be underestimated. Plus, her faithful companion Toad continues to fight alongside her, dispensing his own attacks and acting as defence for the princess.
All this constant new information of Ultimate is seriously getting us on the hype train and we all can't wait to Smash with our favourite Nintendo characters. You'll be able to play as Ike, Wolf, Peach, and many many more when Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is released for the Switch on December 7th.
