E3 2018 - Splatoon 2's Octo Expansion arrives on Nintendo Switch TODAY

If you watched the Nintendo Direct yesterday and didn't go on to watch any of the following videos or Treehouse Live you may have missed one important detail - Splatoon 2's Expansion is arriving today/tomorrow depending on where you are.

I know. Nintendo are so tricksy sometimes, but it's great news. If you've been enjoying Splatoon 2, the Octo Expansion gives you even more to chew on as the Octoling Agent 8. After waking up on a dark subway platform you need to make your way through the underground test facility to reach the surface of Inkopolis.
This huge DLC offers up over 80 missions, a bunch of mission types and challenges, unlockable characters, and new in-game gear.

Announced just at the end of the Splatoon 2 World Championships, you can get your hands on the Expansion at the following times:

• Evening of June 13th (US)
• Morning of June 14th (Europe)
• Morning of June 14th (Japan)
• Afternoon of June 14th (Aus/NZ)
