Get your first look at Unreal Engine-powered Snake Pass running on the Nintendo Switch

Shortly after announcing that Snake Pass was coming to the Nintendo Switch, Sumo Digital has shown the game running on the hardware in a Twitch stream. As you can see from the video, the game does look incredible and seems to be quite steady in its framerate.

Snake Pass harkens back to the good-old platformers of yore while introducing the unique mechanic of... being a snake. This opens up unique puzzles and exploration paths.

The team had a build of the engine running in about a week so that speaks volume about how easy it is to develop for the Switch.

Hopefully the game will be as good as it looks when it launches this spring on Switch.
