Nintendo may be sued over Switch controller design

It looks like Nintendo's got a fight on their hands as Gamevice is suing them for apparently ripping off a couple of their designs.
According to a report by Engadget earlier today, Nintendo may have violated a patent for concepts used in Gamevice's Wikipad and their slip-on controllers for mobile phones and tablets.
Gamevice is calling for the Switch to be removed from the market and to receive a tidy sum for their trouble in damages. We'll have to wait and see where this one goes.
