You probably could have seen it a mile away, but Minecraft will be coming to the Switch pretty soon.

You'll know Minecraft by now, and the Switch version isn't much different. It'll support up to eight players online, or four players locally, offering up split-screen play as well as support for the pro controller.

Similar to the Wii U version, we'll also be getting the Super Mario Mash-Up pack on launch, meaning you can get your hands on Mario-themed skins, textures, music, and more.

Though it was announced back in January, Minecraft will be launching on Nintendo eShop on May 11th.
