With Minecraft: Story Mode, season two, having touched down this week, it comes as little surprise to see that the first season has gotten a launch date for the Nintendo Switch.
If you're a Telltale fan, Minecraft: Story Mode is yet another narrative adventure in which you work through an episodic adventure. This time around you take on the role of Jesse, a male or female character who, along with their friends, has to take down the dreaded Wither Storm and save the world.
As opposed to releasing it episode by episode, Nintendo's launching it as The Complete Adventure. So, no waiting around for episodes to launch, just one story to play through from beginning to end. What a gem.
With its listing currently live on the Nintendo eShop, the game's listed for release on July 21st in Europe. According to Nintendo Everything, it's going for $40, but it looks like the US won't get their hands on it until August 22nd. We'll keep you updated in that regard.
$40 may sound quite steep, but that's for the usual five episodes of MC: Story Mode plus three more from the Adventure Pass.
