LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 announced, releasing for Switch at the end of this year

Marvel and Lego Games are meant for each other, they're fun, bit-sized adventures for everyone and you could swear that there's one every month.
The latest one is a sequel to LEGO Marvel Super Heroes which will of course include every character from Marvel that have been recently featured in movies but it will not be based on a specific film. Instead, you'll take part in a brand new story that contains branching paths. Whether this means that you can actually influence the story is hard to tell right now but it's at least a departure for the franchise.
The game will focus heavily on its open world structure and will also feature some competitive modes for up to four players.
The game will be released on Switch at the end of this year.
