Charming sports adventure Golf Story is releasing on Nintendo Switch later this week

Nintendo's Twitter page confirmed earlier today that the RPG/sports game hybrid Golf Story is bringing its unique mix of genres to Switch this Thursday.

While most golf games only focus on the club-swinging action, Golf Story follows your golfer's journey on and off the course. The 2D golfing may be familiar, but it's only a facet of your possibilities, as you explore various towns, met and help whimsical characters, use your golf skills to solve puzzles, and tee off anywhere to experiment with environmental interactions.

Off the course, you need to upgrade your golfer and purchase better equipment, while engaging in special challenges such as mini golf, drone racing, and geocaching.

Golf Story will cost £13.49 when it releases on the 28th.
