Try out Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker a month before it launches on Nintendo Switch
Never been a better time to play
I wasn't actually that excited about Captain Toad to begin with, but after watching the trailers - and after our Editor Ric Cowley's heavy praise - I'm more interested in trying it out. Lucky us, we get to jump into a little bit of it right now.
If you have no idea what I'm talking about, Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker is a sandbox-style game inspired by Japanese box gardens called Hakoniwa. A little like Fez, you can rotate the camera to get a better view at what you're working through.Ready for adventure? A free demo of #CaptainToad: Treasure Tracker is now available on #NintendoSwitch #eShop! It's been on the Wii U before, hence why some of you might recognise it, but this time around you've got a few more levels from Super Mario Odyssey - including New Donk City.
Nintendo's Twitter account announced earlier today that a demo for the game is available on the eShop and it won't cost you a thing to try it out. You can play through three levels, including the two-player mode, so what're you waiting for?
