A brand new ARMS fighter just got teased online

It's been out a couple of months on the market but the folks of the internet are still stoked to see that there's a new ARMS fighter on the way, but the big question is who?
After teasing the fighter on ARMS' official Twitter account earlier, it's been all fun and games trying to guess who's on the way. Apparently filmed while Biff was abroad, the translation points towards the fighter's ARM and costume and notes that it can somehow change while fighting.????~!???????????????????????????!???????!

Because the GIF's in black and white it makes it hard to visualize, but the fighter's clearly got some big, parachute pants on and swings nunchuck-like ARMS around like they're going out of style. However, the comments on the post (above) are very entertaining.
