We all know you're supposed to count sheep jumping over a fence to fall asleep, but developer aBit Games has decided to do something different with the idea.

It's just released its first game Super Sheep Tag that mixes up the jumping mammals with some rhythm actioneering. In this way, as the sheep leap over the fence, you have to tap anywhere on your screen to tag them.

It's about time

Multitouch is supported so you better get your fingers prepped when the rush starts. However, you only tap when white sheep are a'jumping. As we all understand, black sheep are to be ignored.

The game comes in the 'relaxing' Classic mode and the 'super challenging' Arcade mode, with leaderboards and achievements supported via OpenFeint.

Super Sheep Tag is out now for iPhone and iPod touch, priced 99c, €0.79 or 59p.

You can see how it plays in the following video.
