Warner Bros and 5th Cell have officially announced the sequel to Scribblenauts, and it will be named like a generation of 16-bit SNES games - Super Scribblenauts.

It's a follow up to the creative DS game that had you spawning objects into the game world, just by typing their name. Everything from 'Bucket' to 'Cthulhu' would pop into the gameworld, either helping or hindering your progress as you solve puzzles and fight monsters.

This time round you can expand your vocabulary list with adjectives, allowing you to populate the adventure with red buckets, big cars and angry mongooses. You can also stack multiple adjectives, as 5th Cell demonstrates with "gentlemanly, flaming, flying zombies and purple, obese, winged elephants."

The game also promises upgraded controls, which was one of the first game's most frustrating issues. The game will be released on DS this autumn.
