Spielberg's Boom Blox Bash Party sequel announced

But will we get mobile and N-Gage sequels as well?

Spielberg's Boom Blox Bash Party sequel announced

It’s a bit of a tongue twister title, and technically it’s Wii news, but after the mobile and N-Gage versions of the EA/Steven Spielberg collaboration Boom Blox performed so well we’re pretty keen to follow any new developments on the block busting beauty.

This new version promises greater multiplayer experience, along with 400 new levels ranging from under water to outer space, new characters and new blox.

The most interesting feature is the option to upload and download user made levels, however, and we can only hope any new pocket conversions will boast similarly superb features.

Boom Blox Bash Party is a wild social gaming experience,” Spielberg told Reuters. “We know families and friends really enjoyed playing the original Boom Blox together, so we designed more explosive multiplayer experiences with Boom Blox Bash Party.”

And while we’re talking about putting Boom Blox in your pocket, how about an iPhone version, Steven?

Yes. Spanner's his real name, and he's already heard that joke you just thought of. Although Spanner's not very good, he's quite fast, and that seems to be enough to keep him in a regular supply of free games and away from the depressing world of real work.
