Telltale Games has a few wins and a few loses in their portfolio of narrative game, but it's finally time to get our hands on Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy, episode one.

Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy follows one of our favourite galaxy-battling crews as they receive a distress call from the Nova Corps. Having tracked Thanos to a Kree planet, the Guardians are getting ready to go head-to-head against him, but of course it won't ever be that simple.

For those disgruntled by the somewhat clunky teaser trailer that landed a few weeks ago, Telltale's launch trailer is a little better. The graphics may still take some getting used to but let's hope the storyline holds up and that the dialogue is more natural than what we'd originally assumed.

If you simply can't wait for it any longer, good news! It's out now on the App Store for £4.99 - or you can get 20% off by purchasing the Bundle Pack - on Steam for £18.99, and on various other digital platforms for a similar price. The Android version has yet to rear its head, but it shouldn't be too far behind.
