I think it's fair to say that Dungeon of the Endless feels like it hates you at times.
You fight bitterly against alien threats, proceed cautiously down dank corridors, and carefully build resource-producing stations to aid your quest, all to have the mission fail because you weren't quick enough back to your base.
It's a mighty challenge, basically, and one I think a lot of people will relish.
