Square Enix announces its E3 line-up
Star Ocean on PSP and Legend of Kage 2 DS among the games on show
Square Enix has announced which games it will have on show at this month's E3 games show. And there's a fair bit for handheld gamers to get excited about with plenty of PSP and DS games included in the line-up.
Firstly, for PSP Square will have Star Ocean: First Departure and Star Ocean: Second Evolution - space-set role-playing games both coming out in Europe, but neither of which has a release date planned yet.
Meanwhile, on DS the publisher will be showing off the just-announced Chrono Trigger, which is a remake of the original SNES game, and Final Fantasy IV. It will also have Dragon Quest: Chapters of the Chosen, which is down for September this year, Exit DS - a puzzle action game which has been out in Japan for a while and which came out on PSP in 2006, and The Legend of Kage 2 - a DS remake of the classic arcade game.
We'll be seeing them all come show time, so stay tuned for more information on them all. It's certainly a healthy handheld line-up from Square for the handhelds though. 2008 is looking like a good year.
