It’s not the first and it won’t be the last, but peripheral company Mad Catz has announced its GameShark Media Manager for PSP. The Windows software runs on your PC and thanks to the provided PC-PSP cable, allows you to organise all your files on the PSP’s Memory Stick Duo.

Features include the abilities to convert jpg and gif pictures for slideshow playback, convert and copy video files that use the MPEG 1 and 2, Avi and DivX formats, set up MP3 playlists, as well as connect to GameShark’s online database for news and cheats.

Currently only announced as a US release, GameShark Media Manager is due in stores in the summer for $29.99.
