You better watch out, you better not buy

Controversial children’s freemium title Smurfs' Village has received an update that adds a sprinkling of the white stuff (snow) to your Smurfs' homes.

Along with supplying the unadulterated delight of watching your Smurfs frolic (read: "walk") around in the snow, Capcom has also taken even more steps to warn parents of the dangers that Smurfberries (the in-app purchase currency) hold, with a new warning box that opens up with the game.

On a Smurfier note, your village can now be linked into Game Center, and there are now special Christmas decorations available like candy canes that will disappear when the snow melts.

Those hoping to cheat their way through the game (me) by adjusting the clock of their iPod or iPhone will be glad to know that Capcom still hasn’t been able to sort this exploit out.
