Fun Smash Court Tennis 3 footage released
Fancy a game of Pac-Man Tennis? How about Galaga, then?
We know what you're thinking. The Smash Court Tennis franchise used to be about fun but with the latest release (expect a review soon) it's all gone very serious. And with Sega's excellent Virtua Tennis 3 already covering that facet of the subgenre, there would seem little point in checking out Namco's very recent title.
Well, take a look at the two videos below. In them you'll see footage of two components of Smash Court Tennis 3's Challenge mode (which also includes Bomb Tennis) and which, brilliantly, are based on Namco's classic arcade games, Pac-Man and Galaga.
Hardly the sort of thing the Lawn Tennis Association would approve of, sure, but exactly the type of shenanigans Smash Court lovers are bound to appreciate:
