Forest Island sees the addition of the Jungle Island, introducing Gorillas for players to take care of
Developer Neowiz announced that its zen-like idle animal conservation simulator Forest Island is receiving a relatively large update today. It includes an all-new biome for players to explore that introduces animals like the normal Gorilla and the ultra-rare Silverback Gorilla.
In addition to these new creatures, there will also be an Animal Inventory System added to the game that will allow players to permanently store winter-exclusive animals such as the Arctic Fox, Baby Wolf, and more. Prior to the addition of this inventory system, these animals were exclusively living on Snowflake Island, the game's winter biome, but now these stored animals can be located in any currently existing landmarks.
This Snowflake Island location was an event-exclusive sort of deal, but for players who were worried about those event animals disappearing, the Animal Inventory System addresses this concern, allowing you to keep and put them on the original island. So, for those worried about missing out, you can now get and permanently keep these cute little critters!
Also included in this update is the reduction of the gold amount required to unlock Raccoon Trees and the Aerie to adjust game balance. There have also been new quests and growth levels added to ease the leveling up process as well. Basically, this is the perfect time to check out this beautiful and relaxing animal care simulator, as the new content and the added in balance changes are all set to make it even more zen.
