Gamescom '12: Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time delayed until 2013
Late to the party
If you're hoping to sink your teeth into some Sly Cooper action this year, you'll have to grab the racoon's HD collection and a PlayStation 3, I'm afraid, because PS Vita title Thieves in Time has been delayed until 2013.
"Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time will be releasing [sic] in February 2013 for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita," a statement from Sony reads.
"With a robust and diverse catalog of first and third party content launching this holiday season - including Wonderbook: Book of Spells, PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, LittleBigPlanet Karting, Assassin's Creed III, Assassin's Creed III Liberation, Madden 13, and Call of Duty: Black Ops - Declassified - we have decided to release Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time in early 2013 to ensure gamers continue to have a variety of content to enjoy after the holidays and into the New Year."
Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time will be one of the first PS Vita releases to be included in Sony's newly announced Cross Buy promotion, which basically means that you'll get a free copy for your handheld if you buy it for your PS3 first.
