Farmville players tending their lettuces beware: Republic of Fun has released Slug Wars: To Shell and Back for the iPad.
A sequel to the iPhone’s Slug Wars, the tower defence game is built from the ground up for its new technology, and allows up to four players to join in the fun.
Very slowly, presumably.
Featuring a brand new story line, new units, towers and graphics, it looks this bespoke title takes full advantage of the opportunities provided by the iPad.
Whether it can bring anything new to the tower defence genre is another matter entirely.
