Namco Bandai's PG Silver Award-winning aerial combat simulator for iPhone and iPad Sky Gamblers: Rise of Glory is set to be updated with an all-new campaign and some extra planes.

You'll be able to download the new campaign - which features 12 missions - as an in-app purchase for £1.49 / $1.99, but you'll also be able to nab it free of charge if you successfully survive all 100 of Sky Gamblers's dogfight missions.

The forthcoming refresh will also introduce five new planes that you can take for a spin: Albatros D2, Curtiss JN4, Sopwith Cuckoo, Bristol F2, and Nieuport 28. Each has its own advantages, disadvantages, and unique style.

Fuel costs
To celebrate this update, Namco is slashing the price of Sky Gamblers: Rise of Glory for a limited time. Starting from later today, the World War I shooter will set you back just 69p / 99c. This promotion only runs until December 15th, so be quick.

The update to this Universal game will touch down on the App Store's tarmac sometime today.
