Samurai Puzzle Battle gets an iPhone update

Multiplayer added to the bushido code

Samurai Puzzle Battle gets an iPhone update

Just a quickie.

One of our favourite iPhone (and mobile, for that matter) Bejeweled clones, Samurai Puzzle Battle, has just been updated to version 1.2 over on the App Store.

The difficulty levels have had a revamp, and there’s the usual gameplay and bug tweaks to smooth out any small wrinkles in the code. But what’s particularly exciting about this update is the addition of pass-to-play multiplayer.

You can now wage honourable war with a well-respected human enemy through this free update. It’s not included in the Lite version, however, although Samurai Puzzle Battle Arcade - the cut down version that’s a tad lighter on the strategy aspects (lighter on price too) - has also had the multiplayer action folded into the polished steel of its gameplay.

That should give you something to do this evening, at least.

Yes. Spanner's his real name, and he's already heard that joke you just thought of. Although Spanner's not very good, he's quite fast, and that seems to be enough to keep him in a regular supply of free games and away from the depressing world of real work.
