Sally's Salon opens on App Store
Give your iPhone a posh new do
We must confess to being fans of this particular strain of time/service management games, along the lines of Diner Dash and - now available on the iPhone - Sally's Salon.
The mobile version landed itself a Pocket Gamer Bronze Award a month or so back, described by Kath as: "Bright, breezy and well put together customer-juggling management game," though its sudden appearance on the App Store was something of an unexpected shopper.
Naturally the graphics are bigger and brighter, but the customer management gameplay is essentially the same. The game requires you to cater for your fashionable clientele by whisking them around Sally's Salon as efficiently as possible; cutting, dying, blow drying and styling across 50 or so levels.
Peek out from under the dryer at the gameplay video below while you have your curlers set, and don't forget to hit the 'Track It!' button on your way out.
I think you'd look lovely with a blue rinse (Mavis).
