Yee-har! It's Redneck Fishin'!

It's a hard life being a fish. Just when you think you've dodged those pesky humans' nets and rods, they start chucking dynamite at you. Not fair!

Yes, having already seen one dynamite fishing game on mobile (the suitably-named Dynamite Fishing from HandyGames, US developer iQ212 Games is now releasing another.

This one's called Redneck Fishin', and it has you catching trout, bass, catfish and more with your craftily-dropped explosives. Oh, and you get to play a pair called Brandi and Randy, which is always nice.

The redneck theme makes itself known in the game's goals, since every fish you catch pays off your family's tax bill, helping to buy back your confiscated TV, pool, truck and other property.

iQ212 has also released the game as a connected Facebook application, letting you test your fishing (sorry, fishin') skills against friends.

So far, the mobile edition is only available in North America, but we're hopeful it'll make the leap to this side of the Atlantic too.
