Pokemon Black & White 2, which were snapped up 1.6 million times in the two days following their Japanese launch, are finally making their way to the US on October 7th, before making an appearance in Europe on the 12th.

These titles take place in the Unova Region two years after the events that took place in their Pocket Gamer Silver Award-winning predecessors.

There are 300 different pocket monsters for you to capture and battle with, including critters from other areas of the Pokemon universe, such as Eevee, Riolu, Tyranitar, Arcanine and Mareep.

Plus, if you play this DS title using a 3DS handheld, you'll be able to transfer highly sought-after Pokemon into the game from forthcoming eShop title Pokemon Dream Radar, which, coincidentally, is also scheduled to launch on the 12th of October.
